How to take Diatomaceous Earth for People

Capsules

Adults: 1 capsule twice a day and work up to 3 or more capsules twice a day.

Take with a glass of water and continue drinking fluids throughout the day.

Children: over 5 and up to 15 yrs: Half a capsule twice a day with a glass of water.

If constipation occurs – consider taking extra magnesium or half a teaspoon of Epsom salts in a glass of water.

Powder

Children: Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult. This is to avoid ingesting too much powder.

Diatomaceous Earth can be mixed with yoghurt, juices, water or other desirable liquids to make it easier to take for young people.

Adults: 1 teaspoon a day and up to 2 teaspoon twice a day, depending on your body size and weight.

Best taken with a magnesium tablet and 1 full glass of water.

WARNINGS:

Allow at least one hour before or after medications or supplements.
Do not cook Diatomaceous Earth as this can cause it to crystalize and thus become toxic to consume.
DO NOT TAKE excessive amounts of Diatomaceous Earth because excessive intake of Diatomaceous Earth may cause Constipation from dehydration so if you do take too much Diatomaceous Earth, please continue drinking plenty of water during the day.

Common Reactions

Initially, you MAY experience a Herxhemier reaction, which can cause abdominal discomfort and flu-like symptoms.

Why Does This Happen?

This is a normal response to detoxing, as parasites and pathogens react or die they are releasing their toxins into your system for elimination.

This is a good thing because now you know that you had a major problem which you were completely unaware of, and it should soon be fixed.

If this happens, stay hydrated and drink more water. This will help flush out the toxins released by your gut parasites faster.

What can I do?

These symptoms usually disappear after a few days.

Should this be a concern, you should immediately reduce your dosage and slowly increase over a few weeks.
